Imagine if you had committed treason against the president of the United State and the duly-elected representatives of the American people. Now imagine your crimes were about to become public, only because Donald Trump won the election in 2016.

You too would say anything, do anything, to prevent going to jail for life, or even the death penalty (which is what we used to do to these type of people).
