President Trump lashed out at China's President Xi today after a show of 'unity' among the Asian powers -- China, Russia and North Korea at a military parade in Beijing.
"The big question to be answered is whether or not President Xi of China will mention the massive amount of support and “blood” that The United States of America gave to China in order to help it to secure its FREEDOM from a very unfriendly foreign invader. Many Americans died in China’s quest for Victory and Glory. I hope that they are rightfully Honored and Remembered for their Bravery and Sacrifice! May President Xi and the wonderful people of China have a great and lasting day of celebration. Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America. PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP," Trump wrote on Truth Social.
The reality of the relationship between the three Asian dictatorships has been a debated question since the Biden administration created conditions for the Ukraine war, and pushed Russia's Putin into Beijing's economic orbit.
Many believe the closeness is a Potemkin Village and Putin is worried about China's long-term intentions.
Meanwhile, Xi Jinping’s appearance at a Beijing military parade has fueled speculation of a widening military purge in China, reports Bloomberg.
The parade was overseen by Lieutenant General Han Shengyan instead of the usual Central Theater Commander, signaling possible shakeups.
At least 14 generals promoted under Xi since 2012, including three from the Central Military Commission, have vanished from public view or face investigations.
