A Peter Thiel-funded weather modification company was seeding clouds in the area of Texas hit by massive flash floods, which killed dozens of school girls at summer camp among others, two days before the incident.
The program was sanctioned by the Texas and Federal governments.
The disaster is reminiscent of the Western North Carolina floods last year, which killed hundreds if not thousands. The number killed in NC is not reported.
Rainmaker denies any impact on the storm from their operations.

we should see the radar of those days leading up to the horrible night. Nexrad radiation towers are used to control the direction of the storms, just like they did with the NC hurricane, and the following FL hurricanes. NOAA planes would fly in and out dropping chemicals to stir up the storm trying to get it to Cat 5. But as soon as the planes left, the hurricane would slow down. They did that for hours!
