Earlier this year, NBC TV news Chicago ran a segment out of Aurora, Illinois on neighbor complaints of area data centers.
One resident said, "It feels like, where we thought we moved... has now turned into a nightmare."
Residents are not only concerned about the noise, but also the environment, quality of life, as well as higher utility bills.
