President Trump declared that negotiations to end the Ukraine War will begin with lower-level representatives in Saudi Arabia next week.

Meanwhile, a team of Trump negotiators is reported to have arrived in Moscow this morning.

Vice President J.D. Vance declared at the Munich Security Conference that the U.S. will send American troops to Ukraine if Russian President Putin does not agree to end the war that ensures Ukraine's independence and security.
