Kaja Kallas, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, is an Estonian politician. Kallas was not elected, she was appointed through a process within the European Commission.
Kallas is one of the most vocal globalist leaders promoting a war with the Russian Federation.
Her comments today reflect a desire within the EU and NATO to continue the war in Ukraine against Russia and build its own military capability, in addition to removing reliance on the United States for Europe's security, and reliance on the use of U.S. military power for the EU's globalist war aims.

"Superpowers often overestimate their own power and underestimate their need for others. You need others, always. Europe is no longer Washington’s primary center of gravity. The shift has been ongoing for a while. It is structural, not temporary. No great power in history has ever outsourced its survival and survived.
"The risk of a return to coercive power politics and a world where might makes right is very real. Canada's Prime Minister Mark Carney hit the nail on its head in his own speech in Davos: it's time also for Europe to take down its sign. We are now dangerously close to the third bell.
"NATO needs to become more European to maintain its strength. And for that, Europe must act. We must be able to win the fight tonight and be ready tomorrow.
"What geopolitical role do we want Europe to play? Could we establish EU military capabilities financed and owned by the member states? Europe can be slow. Unanimity means we cannot always act at the speed of relevance. Of course, there are policy differences among member states. This is all natural. But unanimity is also used by some as a bargaining tool, and it cannot be that one country’s veto defines the policy for others.
"We should dare to consider the Q-word, meaning a gradual extension of qualified majority in common foreign and security policy."
