Mayorkas flies to Panama to address Darien Gap - Where will these illegals be flown?

Secretary of Homeland Security led the American delegation to Panama’s Inauguration of their new President José Raúl Mulino.
Mulino has made it clear he will shut down the Darien Gap to stop the invasion of illegals heading toward America. This flood destabilizes Panama also, which is Mulino’s primary concern.
DHS runs migrant camps in the middle of the Panamanian Jungle to enable this invasion of America.
Mayorkas signed on the same day of Mulino’s inauguration, an agreement to remove illegals from Panama by air.
The first question: where will DHS be flying these illegals to?
The second question: Why have a U.S. Ambassador in Panama? Ambassador Aponte has done little besides flying alternative lifestyle flags over the U.S. Embassy. Crouching, hidden, non-participative U.S. Ambassadors that only like to lecture the host country on social lifestyle issues are a waste of resources.
The third question: Where are the American companies to take over and deliver the infrastructure projects that China has failed to deliver?
