My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell is legally on the move once again with his sights on US House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy this time because of the exclusive release of the Jan. 6 footage to Tucker Carlson at FOX.

Lindell appeared on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” Thursday and announced that LindellTV is going to sue for the footage on the basis of the First and Fourteenth Amendments.

"We're injured by not having access," Lindell asserted.

McCarthy released 41,000 hours of footage from the Jan. 6 protests exclusively to Fox News's Tucker Carlson earlier this month, prompting outrage from Democrats.

Speaker McCarthy claimed that he was fulfilling a promise to the American public that they are entitled to view the footage.

Bannon stated that McCarthy gave Carlson the footage because he had the staff to review it and asked Lindell why he chose to sue McCarthy.

Lindell responded that he took exception to the exclusive release, and raised his concerns that FOX may bury the footage.

"Fox is gonna sift through it and only put out what they want," Lindell responded.

"Why does just Fox get this? So they can cover it up even more?" Lindell asked. "It's disgusting. All of us, including War Room, we all need to see what’s on those tapes, and we need to see all of them."

Lindell vowed to take it as far as he can legally.

"We're gonna run this all the way to the Supreme Court.”
