On Feb. 19 President Trump announced Richard Grenell, the U.S. ambassador to Germany, would become acting director of national intelligence and oversee the nation’s 17 spy agencies. He replaced Joseph Maguire who managed a treacherous operation to impeach Trump using an "unprecedented" whistleblower complaint by a CIA spy and Democratic operative Eric Ciaramella. After the plot to impeach the president failed when the Senate voted to acquit on Feb. 5, Maguire's next ploy was to have his intelligence officials warn Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Burbank) that Russia is interfering in the 2020 election campaign to help President Trump get reelected.

The Feb. 13 closed-door briefing between American spies and congressman happened BEFORE informing the White House and the subsequent anonymous leaks to the NY Times and WaPo were described as "hoax number 7!" by Trump. The Ukrainian impeachment hoax (hoax #6) was an excruciatingly banal process. The Washington DC establishment comprised of Democrats, Republicans, Intelligence Community, Foreign Policy and Fake News Media put the country through impeachment in an effort to hurt Trump's election chances and thwart his America First policy agenda. It failed miserably on most measures, but an ancillary benefit was the exposure of treacherous elements within that establishment who showed their true loyalties and prejudices. Trump began firing NSA minions, like Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, and recalling 5th column troublemakers in the Dept. of (Deep) State.

One of those people that had to go was Joseph Maguire because he played the role of good natured "just following the law" patsy for the Ukraine impeachment hoax (#6), and then sat on his hands while his direct reports started a second(!) Russian election interference hoax (#7). As the Director of National Intelligence he either had no controlling influence over his direct reports or, in a devious way, he was ordering his spooks to undermine Trump.

The US Intelligence Community (IC) is overseen by Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) which has been run by James Clapper, Dan Coats and Joseph Maguire over the past 10 years. Of the other 16 intelligence agencies, all report to an executive departments (DOD, Energy, Justice, etc) save one: the CIA, which is an independent agency. Almost all of these intelligence groups were formed in the post-WWII era, the most recent being the Office of Intelligence and Analysis under Homeland Security (2007). Devastating intelligence failures impact U.S. national security and Big Government fixes like the 9/11 Commission (National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States), and the "WMD Commission" (Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction), have examined the powers of the DNI and the organizational structure of the IC.

Does the IC work? Does it effectively protect America from the myriad of threats foreign and domestic that intend to cripple the nation and destroy the countries way of life? Well, take a look around you today at the abandoned streets, boarded up stores and restaurants, canceled sports seasons and music festivals, and empty places of worship to find the answer to that question. The unfortunate reality staring every American right in the face is that the Intelligence Community did not see the Chinavirus exploding into a pandemic and our country is suffering for their dereliction of duty.

Now Richard Grenell is acting DNI and he's cleaning up a mess that has been hurting America for decades. The way you know Grenell is succeeding is because House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff accused the acting DNI of undermining "critical intelligence functions" by keeping Congress in the dark about organizational changes he's been implementing. These changes include the March 19 firing of National Counterterrorism Center chief Russell Travers, a protege of Joseph Maguire, and ICIG Michael Atkinson, who passed the infamous "whistleblower" complaint to Rep. Schiff's staff. In fact, every Senate-appointed official in the DNI's hierarchy has been fired and Congress has no say in who gets shown the door. Yesterday Schiff sent Grenell a letter telling him that "it would be inappropriate for you to pursue any additional leadership, organizational or staffing changes to ODNI during your temporary tenure."

Grenell noted that Schiff sent the letter to the Fake News media first in and attempt to politicize the US Intelligence Community. Schiff's staff on the House Intel Committee disputed Grenell's claim, noting that the letter was shared with the press 14 minutes after it was sent to the DNI. A quarter of an hour is all the lead time Trump is allowed to get out in front of a Fake News Democrat propaganda story.

In late February, President Trump nominated U.S. Rep. John Ratcliffe to be permanent DNI, which will require Senate confirmation. Until America's representative government decides to "get back to work" and start confirmation hearings, Grenell will remain Acting DNI. The Chinavirus pandemic shutdown is open season on swamp creatures who were exposed through hoaxes 6 and 7, and the first openly gay person to serve in a U.S. cabinet-level position is hunting them down.
