Former Congressman Tulsi Gabbard has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), a powerful position to advise the President.

Gabbard is an Army officer, and former Democrat power-player who was ostracized by the party for her views against the corrupt Washington Blob.

The vote was 52-48 with KY Senator Mitch McConnell the only Republican to vote no.
