All 15 names trace to the same address, the same donor platform. This is not human action.
Smurfing is criminal money laundering, with much of the money coming from the US Treasury.

That these transactions encompass 68.3% of the 493,866 available committee transactions and also being 29.3% of the $43,665,423 full committee transaction valuation.
