The Financial Times reported today that Bill Gates is talking about more 'deadly and transmissible' pathogens heading the world's way. Gates infamously took part in a 'dry run' of the Covid pandemic in October 2019, several weeks prior to the Chinese announcing the virus was a problem in Wuhan.

Gates said while Delta and Omicron are some of the most transmissible diseases ever seen, Earth could be facing a much higher rate of fatalities in the future.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and UK’s Wellcome Trust are donating $300 million to the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, which is working on cutting the time required to develop vaccines down to 100 days, reported RT.

One wonders how 'safe and effective' a vaccine could be with no long-term testing and available in 100 days.
