There’s no surprise here. China has played back some of the tradecraft they have learned from us and are placing remote access capabilities en masse.
With Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics they can perform massive searches for data, establish trend lines, conduct intelligence collection, and even send command signals to adjust, stop, block, or crash systems and capabilities.
Chinese Solar Panels have been a scam and a national security threat for years.
