The First Liberty Building and Loan Ponzi Scheme scandal is blowing up in Georgia. The scandal reaches into the highest echelons of the Georgia GOP leadership.
The Frost family at First Liberty made at least a half million dollars of political contributions to GOP candidates reported the AJC, with money from the failed business. Some of these contributions were made days before the business was seized by Federal authorities.
CDM has sources which claim some of these contributions were made by the Frosts with the knowledge that the business was not viable.
The Frost family was engaged in tyrannical behavior at the GA GOP Convention in Dalton right before the business was seized, such as Brant Frost blocking microphones on the floor of the event.
GA GOP Chair Josh McKoon appointed daughter Katie Frost as Chair of the GA GOP Financial Advisory Board the day before the convention in June.
Our network, CDM.press, which includes The Georgia Record was maligned over the last few years as we reported on GOP corruption in Georgia, by many in 'Conservative Inc', the group of alternative conservative media outlets that were formed during the first Trump administration and work together closely to this day.
"The Georgia Record is toilet paper, " said one member of the conservative news cabal we are told by a source.
"Bill Quinn and Todd Wood are working for Kamala Harris", said former Cobb County GOP Chair Salleigh Grubbs in a private signal chat, which she confirmed to The Georgia Record leadership when asked to confirm the post.
Georgia political GOP Establishment activist Debbie Dooley accused CDM of supporting Islamic terror.
We have also been called 'Russian agents' by members of the conservative media cabal.
Our popular Georgia political show, "The Georgia Show" was streaming on Bannon's War Room Gettr in 2023 but was mysteriously kicked off in December of that year.
In short, it's a big 'Conservative Inc' club but we are not in it.
There was also zero support from 'Conservative Inc' on many of our investigations, like the Fulton County GOP Trust scandal.
Could it be that our credible investigative efforts got us kicked out of the club? What are they scared of?
At CDM, we have 'noticed' there is not much talk now from 'Conservative Inc' about the Frost family Ponzi scheme many of them promoted on their shows.
Why the refusal of 'Conservative Inc' to call out corruption in the GA GOP?
We reached out to several of the personalities involved promoting first Liberty. We emailed TPUSA, Cox Media, Erick Erickson, and received no response.
John Fredericks responded that he didn't know enough about the situation to comment.
Steve Bannon, who spoke at the GA GOP convention (but did not promote First Liberty that we know of), told us he was surprised at First Liberty's collapse and didn't know much about the Frost Family except they were big donors.
We would like to eventually see the money flows from the Frost family to 'Conservative Inc'.
At CDM, we will keep pushing for truth, and reporting the truth, no matter where that truth lands. We think this way of doing business has gained CDM/The Georgia Record immense credibility. We told the truth when it wasn't popular inside the GOP matrix, and we still are.
If 'Conservative Inc' wants to join our truth club, we'll let them.
