Queen Elizabeth II was moved this morning from Westminster Hall where she has been lying in state for four days to begin the journey to her final resting place at Windsor. The state funeral procession has been winding its way past somber crowds lining the street to catch a glimpse of the 120-year-old state gun carriage and draped casket.
The procession, which includes thousands of service members from both the U.K. and the Commonwealth Realm and numerous world leaders, will travel from Westminster Abbey to the Wellington Arch at Hyde Park where The Queen will be transferred to a hearse for the final leg of the journey to Westminster.
