CDM has reported extensively on the money laundering activities of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko -- the 'chocolate king.'
Poroshenko was also caught on tape years ago plotting with then Vice President Joe Biden to destroy the Trump candidacy. That didn't work out so well.
Today, Poroshenko called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy a 'dictator'.
That is absolutely true.
"Zelensky is moving Ukraine towards dictatorship. Ukraine is not Russia, and we will not allow a dictatorship to emerge in Ukraine.
"He wants to get rid of all competitors. This is not about me", reported German newspaper Bild.
However, one must realize everything in Ukraine is 'about me' for Poroshenko.
Zelenskiy is most certainly a dictator; but, it is also true Poroshenko desperately wants back in power to turn on the money laundering tap again.
In Ukraine, nothing is ever what it seems.
Poroshenko has cordially hated Zelensky for a long time. It is silly to claim that Zelensky is, or is becoming, a dictator. By the same standard, Poroshenko was as well. He should look in the mirror from time to time.
Zelensky has done silly things in trying to go after Poroshenko as well. They're both pretty good haters.
