President Joe Biden has announced that Rochelle Walensky will be leaving the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in June.

Walensky has led the agency has led the country through a series of major health matters including the COVID-19 pandemic. 

She was caught multiple times misinforming the public.

The administration is set to end the public health emergency on the pandemic next week.
