A lot to unpack in this report, but bottom line, China intends to make maximum use of Cuba to push back at America and support for Taiwan.
During the years of the Biden Committee, intelligence collection on Cuba was about nil. It simply wasn’t a priority. Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 204 discusses the Intelligence Priorities “Stack”. China in Cuba, Venezuela, Panama, Greenland, or the American Homeland was not above the “Cut Line”. Meanwhile 40% of the FBI was focused on J6 Grandmother’s who had been invited into the Capitol Building.
China for two years gave the bird to the Biden Committee and clearly stated their intention to broadly expand their Intelligence activities in Cuba as well as Military Training, Logistics, and Basing.
By past behavior and doctrine, China already has S-300/400 “air defense” missiles in Cuba. One asterisk: These powerful, long range missiles can hit ground targets and air targets as far away as Orlando International Airport. But most Intelligence Community Analysts are so “woke” they don’t realize the dual use capabilities of the S-300/400.

Despite his goofy looking Blue Glasses, Dr. Berg made seminal points about China in Cuba during his Congressional Testimony on May 6th. The Chinese spy and military presence in Cuba grew significantly during the Biden Years (although lying John Kirby tried to wipe the booger on the first Trump Term).
According to Dr. Berg, Cuba is now a, “Strategic Battleground” between the U.S. and China. Cuba is only 90 miles south of Florida.
Twenty sensitive U.S. Government facilities are within spying range of the Chinese spy bases in Cuba. The Bahamas, just to the right of Florida and even closer at 50 miles gives the Chinese an additional vantage point.
The CIA used to have giants striding the halls at Langley, such as Felix Rodriguez, who was a one man Army in Central and South America, pummeling the Communists into submission.
Hopefully the culling in the IC produces a new generation of Felix Rodriguez-es to assert MAGA throughout the Americas.
