I am all for handing over Cali, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico and Colorado. They have to pay the money owed the the treasury by these states. In fact, lets hand over The entire NE as well.
The Treasury is owned by Europe as well, when you make a tax payment there is a currency fee attached to that. I have always wondered why we would be charged a currency fee for a payment that is supposed to go to our Treasury.
