In Woke Washington state, a 20-year-old man identifying as a transgender MTF woman has been indicted for making assassination threats against President Trump, reported news media outlets in the Seattle area.
The threats were posted on social media in August and September 2025, reported the Lynnwood Times.
"[The accused] was indicted on February 25, charges of threatening a federal official under 18 U.S.C. § 115(a)(1)(B) which carries a potential penalty of a $250,000 fine and/or imprisonment for up to 10 years," wrote the Lynnwood Times reporter.
