KTLA TV news (Channel 5) in Los Angeles reported that a coffee bar in Garden Grove, south of Los Angeles, was shut down.
"Officers say that it claimed to be a coffee bar, but actually was operating as a strip club," said the news presenter.
Officer found employees serving customers in bikinis or other states of undress.
Seventeen people were arrested including the cafe's owners.
One area resident said this situation is not new, and there are about 10 others in the area.

Yeah , except for drugs, STDs, unwanted children , thugs and gangs ,whats wrong with a whorehouse pretending to be a coffee shop ?

Coffee and nudity is a toxic combination. God only knows what unspeakable perversions this might have led to had it not been nipped in the bud. Thank the Lord for California and Gov. Newsome.
Now imagine if it were not so close to a school. That coffee shop would bring foreign money from the surrounding communities. They will stop at gas stations and give patronage to neighboring businesses.
Hmmm...too much bureacracy is bad for everybody maybe. I mean think about the proceeds of the local motels and drug stores (condoms).
Anything that makes YOUR community unique is potentially a money-maker for everyone concerned?
