The news journalist said that the site has become prime real estate for squatters.
The family said that their son, when retrieving a ball hit over the fence, saw "X-rated activity". Video showed a dangerous fire. There also was a break-in. Dozens of calls have been made to police.
One time a man was looking over the fence at a 14 y. o. daughter. When the mother tried to shoo him away, he started swearing and throwing rocks.
When their house was being renovated, a woman starting camping in their backyard and taking baths in the pool.
One resident estimated that there have been over 100 incidents in recent years.
