Trump has worked for months to get a trade deal with India, to no avail it now seems.
Russia is facing more sanctions as Trump says they are not negotiating to stop the war in Ukraine.
India allegedly will not negotiate for a trade deal.
Both nations are now facing higher long-term tariffs.
Trump also had words for former Russian President Medvedev, who has been vocal against Trump's new aggressive stance against the Russian Federation, warning Medvedev to 'watch his words' as he was entering 'very dangerous territory.'
