POTUS today made more comments on the situation in Canada.

"Canada is systematically destroying itself. The China deal is a disaster for them. Will go down as one of the worst deals, of any kind, in history," said the President of the United States today on his Truth Social channel.

"All their businesses are moving to the USA. I want to see Canada SURVIVE AND THRIVE!"

President Donald Trump continues to work to reshape geopolitical power politics and remove the influence of the CCP from the Western hemisphere. In a continuation of this policy, which included a renewed focus on Latin America, and the Arctic, President Trump has revoked CCP-aligned Prime Minister Carney's invitation to join his new Board of Peace.

Trump to Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney -- "The Board of Peace is withdrawing its invitation to you regarding Canada’s joining, what will be, the most prestigious Board of Leaders ever assembled, at any time."

French politician Jean-Luc Mélenchon, de facto leader of La France Insoumise (LFI) declared, "You have to understand what Mr. Trump is doing. He's not acting crazy; he has a very precise strategy.  His ultimate goal goal is China, not us. And in this Greenland story, what he's after is the route that passes over it, the one the Chinese would use.

"And they want to position themselves on Greenland because in the Bering Strait, territorial waters touch. It was Panama, it's the Aden Strait, it's the entrance to the Hormuz Strait, it's their line, piece by piece. And before they succeed, they have to bring Europe and Latin America to their knees. In Europe, there's resistance. In Latin America, there's resistance.  But nobody can say how long it will hold."

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick added fuel to the fire, "Canada has the second best trade deal in the world. Give me a break. Carney complains he's gonna go to China. Prove it. What's he gonna do?

"This is the silliest thing I’ve ever seen. They’re whining and complaining. I think this is political marketing. If they continue this China path. When USMCA gets renegotiated, they’re playing with fire."

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent added on Canada," Prime Minister Carney should say thank you rather than giving this value signaling speech. Canadian economy is smaller than the economy of Texas."
