President Trump has stated on his Truth Social account that U.S. forces are beginning to open the Strait of Hormuz. This development flies in the face of the 'surrender' narrative being promoted by many news outlets and influencers.
The Fake News Media has lost total credibility, not that they had any to begin with. Because of their massive Trump Derangement Syndrome (Sometimes referred to as TDS!), they love saying that Iran is “winning” when, in fact, everyone knows that they are LOSING, and LOSING BIG! Their Navy is gone, their Air Force is gone, their Anti Aircraft apparatus is nonexistent, Radar is dead, their Missile and Drone Factories have been largely obliterated along with the Missiles and Drones themselves and, most importantly, their longtime “Leaders” are no longer with us, praise be to Allah! The only thing they have going is the threat that a ship may “bunk” into one of their sea mines which, by the way, all 28 of their mine dropper boats are also lying at the bottom of the sea. We’re now starting the process of clearing out the Strait of Hormuz as a favor to Countries all over the World, including China, Japan, South Korea, France, Germany, and many others. Incredibly, they don’t have the Courage or Will to do this work themselves. There are also conflicting reports of U.S. Naval activity in the Strait.
U.S. official now says the American warships transited the Strait of Hormuz into the Arabian Sea before returning to the Gulf. The official described it as a "freedom of navigation operation in international waters," reports Axios.
Iran explicitly informed the Pakistani mediator during talks that if the vessel continued its movement it would be targeted within 30 minutes and the Iran-US negotiations would be damaged.
However, no issues were reported during the ships transit of the Strait, and the move was described as a freedom-of-navigation mission, reported Zero Hedge.
The (successful) timing of this action - as talks begin in Islamabad - is certainly a show of strength amid the delicate negotiations.
CENTCOM:
U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces began setting conditions for clearing mines in the Strait of Hormuz, April 11, as two U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyers conducted operations.
USS Frank E. Peterson (DDG 121) and USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112) transited the Strait of Hormuz and operated in the Arabian Gulf as part of a broader mission to ensure the strait is fully clear of sea mines previously laid by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps.
If Trump can pull off opening the Strait, with a weakened Iran, he will be riding high into the midterm elections. Perhaps this is why a narrative is being created that he will surrender to Iran.
AIS Marine tracking has USS Michael Murphy DDG 112 current position as inside the Persian Gulf. There is a lot of underway traffic, but not a lot passing immediately within the strait at the moment. Quite a bit of what is there is Iranian and there is an Angolan flagged LPG tanker appearing to exit without passing the Iranian tollbooth.
Baloney....there is not a single US ship in the Straits let along the gulf.

This is propaganda....no US ships have entered the Straits. The report is a US Battleship had attempted to enter the Strait and was told if it did not turn around it would be attacked in the next 30 minutes.
The ship turned around. You cannot believe a single word coming out of this administration.
