U.S. President Donald Trump said Iran talks could resume, telling the world to watch out for "amazing 2 days" as US forces claim enforcement of a naval blockade on Iranian ports. Iran has also threatened total blockade of Gulf port activity if the U.S. insists on naval blockade.
REPORT: Mediators in Islamabad, Pakistan say the U.S. and Iran have agreed “in principle” to extend the current ceasefire beyond April 22 to allow more negotiations, reports AP.
Commander of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters declared -- "We will not allow any export or import activity in the Gulf and the Sea of Oman if the American blockade continues.
"Our armed forces will not allow trade to flow through the Red Sea if the naval blockade continues.
"If America continues its naval blockade, this will be considered a prelude to violating the ceasefire.
President Trump commented on the Strait situation on his Truth Social account.
So...Trump is falling for the same tactic that Iran has used on EVERY POTUS since...well...since Carter. They negotiate FOREVER to keep the bombs from dropping...all the while continueing to make mischief. How is this different from the tactics that failed Biden?
You've become weak Trump ! You should have finished what you started and actually kept your PROMISE to the Iranian people. By leaving the regime in place, you've signed the citizen's death warrants !!!
Iran is KNOWN for playing nice when negotations are in play....ALWAYS seeking "more time" while laughing behind our backs for allowing it....the RED LINE needs to be drawn and ENFORCED!!!
