Israeli officials took to social media today to declare they will not abide by President Trump's ceasefire agreement when it comes specifically to Lebanon. Pro-Israeli influencers and voices in the United States were also upset with the deal.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's critics used the deal to attack him politically.

Comments are below.

Israeli National Security Minister Ben-Gvir:

Trump's agreement does not bind us. Israel is not subject to the United States, and we are an independent and sovereign nation!

We emphasize: We love the USA and are grateful to President Trump. And yet, the State of Israel is not a banana republic.

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich:

The agreement with Iran is bad for Israel and for the entire free world. Period.

The joint campaign had many achievements in weakening Iran, and they will not go to waste.

We will have to continue the campaign to topple the regime ourselves and in creative ways, and ensure that Iran will never have nuclear weapons.

Israel's Defense Minister Katz says the IDF will not withdraw from security zones in Lebanon, Syria, or Gaza despite the US-Iran ceasefire deal.

Netanyahu made this clear directly to Trump.

Katz says the security zones will be cleared of local residents and all terror infrastructure destroyed, including homes in contact-line villages that served as Hezbollah outposts.

He calls holding the zones "among the IDF's greatest achievements" in the war and says Israel "will not withdraw despite all existing pressures and those that will still come."

He warned that if Iran attacks Israel over Lebanon, Israel will "strike it with full force."

Yair Golan, leader of Israel’s opposition Democratic Party:

A hard morning for Israel. Israelis are waking up to a deal made over Israel's head.

Trump is signing a deal worth billions to the ayatollah regime, leaving the nuclear infrastructure in place, giving a lifeline to the murderous regime in Tehran.

Netanyahu is the man who sold 'Mr. Security' to the public for years — and in practice became the greatest strategic failure in Israel's history.

The man who adopted the 'Hamas is an asset' concept, drained Qatar's money, dismantled the alliance, severed Israel's alliances, and left it truly isolated.

Netanyahu — good for Hamas. Netanyahu — good for Iran. Netanyahu — good for Hezbollah. Netanyahu — not good for Israel.

Whoever promised 'decisive victory' ends his term as Israel's enemies grow stronger — and the threat of their fighters' blood being played before our eyes grows.

His replacement is not just a political need — it is a daily security need.
