It would be nice if we really acted like America was first instead of what someone declares is 'America First'.
During the recent '12 Day War' between Israel and Iran, the United States used up a reported 25% of its missile interceptor rounds.
The Wall Street Journal reports:
The U.S. nearly ran out of THAAD interceptors during June’s 12-day war with Iran.
Two of the seven U.S. THAAD systems were sent to Israel, firing over 150 missiles—almost a quarter of the Pentagon’s stock.
The conflict exposed serious gaps in U.S. missile-defense supplies and the need to ramp up production for modern, large-scale missile attacks.
But, we are sending more air defense weapons to Ukraine.
Why are we defending other countries when we can't even defend the homeland?
Enquiring minds want to know.
