Wisconsin independent journalist and election fraud investigator Peter Bernegger, who works closely with CDM contributor Chris Gleason, posted the following on his Telegram channel showing machine alteration of the election.
2,416,864 voter registration records have voter ID numbers ending in a zero, per a current Wis. statewide voter list. Importance:
Found: 444,000+ of them were assigned, each to a specific person, then reassigned over time to a new, different person. 444,000!! This is illegal.
I believe these are the Shapeshifters I found in early 2022, but at the time, I didn't fully understand what I was looking at.
Voter registrations are being moved around and changed, which can only be done by someone with access to the WisVote system. And look at this:

The 2.4M and the 444k numbers above: those are the bad actors' pools of registrants to use as they wish.
