Demonstrators on Friday spoke out against the California bill AB2098 entitled, Physicians and surgeons: unprofessional conduct, that has been sitting on Governor Newsom’s desk. Hour later, Newsom signed it into law.
The bill calls for disciplinary action against doctors, who disagree with the coronavirus narrative that has been dictated from the CDC, FDA, NIH, and NIAID, and Anthony Fauci for the last three years.
Democratic Assembly member Evan Low introduced the bill. It states that a physician or surgeon commits professional misconduct if they disseminate “misinformation or disinformation” about the nature and risks of COVID-19, its prevention and treatment and the development, safety and effectiveness of vaccines.
Doctors may now face discipline by the California State Medical Board or Osteopathic Medical Board. In extreme cases, they could potentially lose their license to practice medicine in California.
The bill states that the spread of disinformation about vaccines “has weakened public confidence and placed lives at serious risk.”

The bill also states that the Federation of State Medical Boards has warned that physicians who spread misinformation or disinformation “risk losing their medical license, and ... have a duty to provide their patients with accurate, science-based information.”
There is no informed consent because of mandated vaccinations. The long-term effects are not known. The risks are real as evidenced by all of the vaccinated-injuries who have gone public.
It is has been widely reported that even FDA changed its opinion after the rollout in the U.S. since December 2020 that the covid vaccinations may cause cardio issues.
And, even Dr Paul Marks at the FDA has admitted to vaccinated-injured doctors that he personally recognizes vascular and neurological injuries although as an FDA official, he cannot officially recognized those injuries the way that the FDA has recognized the cardio injuries in 2021.

Gavin Newsom, who danced around in black-face paint to mock and ridicule black-brown-ethnic people has already fully displayed who he's REALLY targeting with all his paid bs. And he thinks no one has noticed.
The quality of medical school graduates who pretend to be physicians in Commiefornia is going to get much MUCH worse, as actual physicians realize they have no future in such an insanely stupid place and migrate to states that understand how real medical practice works.
The disgusting politicization of science will result in further increases in the death rate.
If the MD's of CA accept this completely unconstitutional assault on the health and well being of the people of CA, they will have earned the complete loss of trust and respect of the people. Their lack of response to this assault on truth and real science has gone on way too long and way too many people have been hurt or killed by this politically correct application of healthcare during this engineered pandemic. All the direction from the the CDC, FDA, WHO, etc., has been horrible easy to prove lies. These same agencies lack of actions in reporting or investigating the fall out, the undesirable effects of their roll out of their experimental vaccines has been equally horrific. The wise will never again accept "Advise and guidance" from MD's and the three letter agencies who brought this disaster to our state and country without a huge accounting of those institutions and leadership of the same. Until then, they are dead to me. So MD's, what's it going to be? Hippocratic oath? Or big pharma dictates? We are watching!.
