US Attorney General Pam Bondi says below: "There's free speech and then there's hate speech…We will absolutely target you, go after you, if you are targeting anyone with hate speech."
That's not what the U.S. Constitution says.
Article One of the U.S. Constitution reads:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Hate speech is 'not a thing'.
It's a made up construct for governments and private interests to control, censor, cancel and persecute the oppostion.
Shame on Pam Bondi.

ILL, she Is BL0NDI !

plenty wrong with threats.

better yet, when you going to start prosecuting the epstein list, and all the other stuff you are using this as an excuse to kick the can down the road another month or 5.
I can hate any person or group i wantto hate , like stupid lying c unts
Nope. There's no such thing as hate speech. Does not exist. All speech is protected. That said, business, etc, are definitely able to fire anybody if they don't feel those people properly represent that employer.
Can you believe this worthless hag. Who decides hate speech.
A bunch of Homo’s with Government jobs.
This is the one who tried to take down the white hispanic.
While Val Susan Barry Hillary and Vicki sit poolside with lobster.
If ever somebody needed a Booster.
Its probably OK. Bondi only threatens to prosecute. This is likely just another empty threat.
It's not Ok, it is sad and very bad...
While she is full of empty threats, she is the AG and she just sent us down the road to becoming Europe.
The AG needs to understand the difference between threats, incitement and free speech.
Appreciate you speaking out, Todd. Aside from Steven Crowder, Matt Walsh, and Megyn Kelly, you're the only one I've seen publicly challenging Pam Bondi's reckless and unconstitutional stance. This kind of overreach deserves to be called out. I see Ted Cruz and Speaker Johnson spoke up as well.
