They tally the votes in blue cities where theyre "padded" by lib judges who will twist precedences that arent germane to keep from having the actual evidence revealed. Also who knows how many blackmail ties keep the ones at the top from being brought up on charges even when fraud IS uncovered. Theyll punish the low-level pawns as scapegoats. And they only prosecute the small-time fraud and the stuff where its 100's of 1,000's of votes goes untouched. MENTIONED yet unprosecuted.
