Federal Buildings represent culture. To fundamentally change Deep State Culture, the Buildings must be shut down, demolished, and started over, somewhere far from D.C.

FBI Director Patel’s announcement is not simple PR grandstanding. After almost 40 years in Government in uniform, as a civilian, and part of a Federally Funded Think Tank, I know first hand, Federal Buildings represent culture and behavior.
One of the necessary steps to change deep rooted corruption, misbehavior, and wrong minded thinking is to totally vacate the premises of the Federal Department or Agency Building. Letting the bureaucrats return to their same offices, cubicles, and desks will only reward them and reinforce their behavior.
The J. Edgar Hoover Building is a monument to the Deep State. Having a Federal Law Enforcement Agency is important - but the FBI, started with the best and noblest of intents, has become a force answering only to itself.
Look at Comey’s “8647” message in the sand. it says everything about the hate and discontent the Deep State Elites have for the American Citizen.
To break up the Deep State, Departments and Agencies should be flung out to locations outside of Washington D.C.
The D.C. traffic is horrendous and this hyper centralization of Federal Jobs creates a self licking Ice Cream Cone for bureaucrats to just move from agency to agency.
The J. Edgar Hoover building is getting long in the tooth anyway. Its 1970’s Brutalist Architecture can be remembered in photographs.
After 51 years, it’s time to bulldoze the building and start over, somewhere far away from downton D.C.
