Obama fired more officers then every other president combined & mandated that the military promote for diversity based on skin color and sexual preferences.
It led to absolute degenerates getting promotions and driving all the good officers out.

Speaking about the role of bureaucracy in stonewalling change, I was surprised to discover how extensive the problem was within military agencies. In two different command staff meetings, I attended, the civilian lead directed staff to ignore particular guidance from our CGs. In each case, as I recall, the guidance issued was of significant interest to the respective CG. They actually directed the staff to stonewall/slow walk it!
